1. Introduction
These terms and conditions set out your rights and obligations, and those of Carabanners Ltd in relation to this website, www.carabanners.co.uk, and any products, services and material of any kind available through the Site, or us.

We are a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 11825226 under the name Carabanners Limited; the address of our registered office is Grantham Drive, Skegness, Lincolnshire, PE25 3RN, United Kingdom.

Whenever you buy a product through this Website, you will be contracting with Carabanners Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 11825226.

3. Ordering from us
Product description
Every effort has been made to ensure all the product details, descriptions & prices are correct.

All content displayed throughout the website is provided in good faith and although every effort has been made to ensure the colours and quality appear as accurately as possible it cannot be guaranteed that your computer monitor will display the colours as per the goods you have purchased. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations.
Please note; precise colour matching cannot be guaranteed between different orders. If you are re-ordering to match an existing product please contact us at sales@carabanners.co.uk and highlight your previous order to which we will endeavour to match the colouring, however this cannot be guaranteed.
All orders are subject to availability.

Placing your order
Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement email carefully to check that all the details are correct. It is up to you to ensure that measurements you have entered are correct.
A contract for the purchase of a product is created as follows:

The User places the order on the website by pressing an 'approve this design and pay now' button at the end of the checkout process. By approving your order, you are agreeing to purchase the design you have selected and the measurements you have entered.

a. At this point, we take payment for your order by means of your nominated payment method

b. We will send to you a "Thank you for your order" email detailing your order, and other information we must provide to you.

From time to time, we may reject an order for the following reasons:
a. If, unfortunately, we do not have your chosen product in stock
b. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
c. If there has been a relevant pricing or product description error
d. If your order otherwise breaches any of the requirements of these Terms
e. We suspect that the order has been placed fraudulently
f. It appears that the order mistakenly duplicates another order
If your order is rejected, we will contact you to confirm this and reverse the payment you have made for that order.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Finalising your order
All banners are custom made to the customer’s exact specification entered into the website.
Carabanners Ltd cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or problems that may arise from
inaccurate measuring on the customer’s side. Carabanners Ltd requests that each customer double checks all measurements before placing their order. Our banners are non-refundable
after they have been made due to the custom nature of the product sold.

After placing your order please check the order and measurement details on the email confirmation, alterations to your order maybe possible up to 24 hours after your order being placed, or until production starts, which in some cases can be sooner.

If you do not receive the email confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder, and if it's not arrived please contact us to check the email address and have another sent over within 24hours of your order being placed. If there is an issue with your order sizes and you haven't received the confirmation and haven't let us know you haven't received it, we cannot be liable. Refunds and cancellations may be possible before your order has been started.

Please also check the colour and fabric you have chosen before ordering. Carabanners Ltd cannot be held responsible for your mistake in design or colour choice. If you are unsure about anything please either order a sample or call us before finalising your order. Once your order has been manufactured, we are unable to exchange for a different product due to the made to  measure nature of the product.

Payment
At Carabanners Ltd, you can pay for your products using credit card, debit card or any other
payment method which we make available to you at the time of your order.

4. Supply and pricing of products

Supply of Products
The banners and other products sold by us through our Website are manufactured and shipped from production facilities based in the United Kingdom.

Prices, postage and VAT
All prices of products shown on the Website include Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate.
Please contact us if you require a full VAT invoice.
All prices shown are inclusive of postage and packaging charges.

5. Delivery

During the order process, Carabanners Ltd will generally notify you of the dispatch dates available and the expected timeframe for receiving your order, please note

a. Your order is likely to arrive much faster if you use a postcode

b. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide for any order you place is correct

c. It is important you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

NB: Carabanners Ltd are not responsible for import duties for International shipments.

All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. The product will be sent by recorded delivery and tracked, providing you with the most reliable delivery service. However, occasionally, a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during  delivery we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible and take photos of the damage to assist us in resolving the matter. Items must be thoroughly checked for damage at point of delivery, if any damage is found please highlight with the courier and ask them to record it and contact Carabanners Ltd as soon as possible so we can deal with it.

6. Cancellation rights

Please contact us if you need to change or cancel your order. Under ‘The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013’, with any items which are personalised and /or made to measure there is no right to cancel or a cancellation period once placing your order and so we are unable to refund these items unless faulty.

Bespoke goods which are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded.

7. Returns and refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with your Carabanners Ltd order, please contact us on 01754 763681 or by sending an email to sales@carabanners.co.uk. You will need to quote your order number, the email address you have registered and the details of the problem with the order.

We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 48 hours and will do our best to resolve it promptly. Where an item is faulty, we will ask you contact us so we can arrange the item’s return for inspection.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) onto the credit or debit card that you paid with. Alternatively, we may offer a like for like replacement for a faulty item.

Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is mis-spelt. Please see "Personalising products", for more information.

8.Intellectual Property

All text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, page layouts, design and other material that appears on the Website is protected by Carabanners Ltd or third party copyrights, trade marks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

You may use and access Carabanners Ltd to the extent required for the use of the Services in accordance with these Terms, and for the purpose that we make them available. You are not allowed to remove any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property notices contained in material taken from Carabanners Ltd

No-one may copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from Carabanners Ltd, or any of the material which is found on Carabanners Ltd unless properly licensed in writing by us to do so. You are not allowed to use Carabanners Ltd (or to copy or use any material found on Carabanners Ltd) for any commercial purpose other than to conduct the purchase of a product from Carabanners Ltd.

No-one may use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access Carabanners for any purpose without our prior express written permission.

All designs on the ‘Carabanners Ltd’ website remain the property of Carabanners Ltd.

Occasionally, we may provide links to other websites or resources for your convenience. We do not endorse the contents of those websites and are not responsible for their availability or  service. We will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those websites. If you decide to access linked third party websites you do so at your own risk.
